FAQ
We guarantee the high quality of our products and provide a two-year warranty to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship. Should such defects be found, we will repair or replace the product or its parts at our expense.
Warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by improper or negligent use;
- Accidental damage or product modifications;
- Normal wear and tear of materials and hardware (in particular, zipper failure is not considered a warranty case);
- Reflective components, whose effectiveness may diminish over time.

Repair conditions:
- The product must be clean.
- The owner of the product pays the shipping costs for the repair and return.
To ensure your GUD backpack lasts as long as possible and maintains its appearance, we recommend following these care guidelines.
Washing
We recommend hand washing in cool water with powder or soap, using a soft brush to remove dirt, and using mild detergents. Do not soak the backpack for a long time or rub it intensely. If machine washing is necessary, select a delicate cycle without spinning. Remove all rigid elements (if possible) and empty the pockets before washing.
Drying
Dry the backpack in an unfolded position at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and heaters. Do not use a dryer or iron.
We ship orders to all countries worldwide.
Order Processing & Confirmation
After placing an order online, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. Orders undergo inspection and verification before shipping, which may take up to 24 hours. In case of a shipping delay, we will notify you by email in advance.
Shipping Methods
International orders are sent via the national postal operatorі Nova Post or Ukrposhta.
Shipping Cost and Duties
The courier delivery cost is calculated during the checkout process. All payments related to order delivery are non-refundable. Customs fees and import duties are not included in the shipping cost and are the recipient's responsibility.
After your order has been shipped, we will send you its tracking number. You can track on the respective service websites (Ukrposhta, Nova Post). Please allow about 6 hours for the information to update.
How to place an order?
Orders can be placed on our website 24/7. After successful placement, you will receive an email confirmation, which means your order has been accepted for processing.
Processing and Shipping
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours after placement (excluding weekends and public holidays). In case of delay, we will notify you in advance by email or phone.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist.

Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, wholesale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved, or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
